Welcome to Tide & Timber, a hidden gem tucked away on a private street just one mile from York’s beloved Long Sands Beach. Here, the ocean breeze mingles with the scent of the pines, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing coastal escape.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space to gather and unwind. The first floor is warm and welcoming, with a roomy dining area where the table easily transforms into a ping pong or pool table for evenings of laughter and friendly competition. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the cozy family room invites you to kick back after a day in the sun. A washer and dryer are also on hand to keep beach towels fresh for the next adventure.

Upstairs, you’ll find the king primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom and spacious closet, along with a cheerful bunk room and a comfortable queen bedroom. An additional full bathroom adds convenience, and a queen sleeper sofa is available upon request for extra guests.

Step outside and discover the heart of Tide & Timber’s charm. A large deck with plenty of seating and a bubbling hot tub is perfect for relaxing under the stars. The fenced-in yard is a safe haven for kids and pets alike, complete with a whimsical treehouse featuring its own outdoor play kitchen. Beneath the pines, a shaded patio creates a magical setting for outdoor meals, with a dining table, fire pit, and gas grill ready for family cookouts.
