Step through the front door and into a bright, spacious living room, the heart of the home, where family and friends can gather after a sun-soaked day on the beach. To the right, the fully equipped kitchen awaits—stocked with everything you need to prepare classic Maine lobster bakes or simple family dinners that bring everyone together around the table.

The first floor features two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, making it a great layout for families and groups. Upstairs, you’ll find a third queen bedroom to the left, a full bathroom in the hallway, and a cheerful bunk room with four twin beds to the right—perfect for kids, cousins, or two families vacationing together. (A king conversion kit is available upon request for added flexibility.)

Stepping outside, you’ll discover the true magic of Seaing Stars. The back deck overlooks beautiful marsh and water views, setting the scene for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings spent under a watercolor sky. New for 2025, the outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully expanded. A brand-new upper deck provides an elevated setting for outdoor dining, while a shaded dining area beneath offers a cool, breezy retreat during hot summer afternoons. The outdoor shed houses the washer and dryer, keeping sandy towels out of the main living areas and making clean-up a breeze.
Another exciting 2025 addition is the newly finished basement, designed to be the ultimate hangout zone. This lower-level space features a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, a foosball table, and a bar setup—the perfect place for movie nights, friendly competitions, or a relaxing evening indoors after a day at the beach.

Every detail of Seaing Stars is designed with vacation living in mind. With space for up to 10 guests, this home is ideal for families, friends, or multiple generations traveling together. AC window units keep the bedrooms cool and comfortable, and guests will find beach towels, some chairs, and linens provided to make packing easy. There’s also a gas grill for summer barbecues, and concierge services or daily housekeeping can be arranged in advance to make your stay even more effortless.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
