Thoughtfully designed for gathering, this three-story home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, offering the perfect backdrop for family vacations and seaside escapes with friends.

Located at 317 Furbish Lane in Wells, Maine, this home was built for beachgoers. The ground floor features a garage ideal for storing surfboards, beach chairs, and gear, plus a full bathroom — perfect for rinsing off after a long day by the ocean.

The second floor welcomes you with a queen bedroom, another full bath, and a spacious open-concept living area that’s ideal for entertaining.
