This newly listed home boasts six bedrooms, four and a half baths, upper-level ocean views, and two enclosed porches overlooking picturesque York Harbor.

Nestled on a quiet, dead-end street, Harbor Haven is just a five-minute walk to Harbor Beach, a beautiful sandy stretch along York's rocky shoreline. Whether you're planning a family reunion or a gathering of friends, this home is the perfect setting for creating lasting memories.

Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, a cozy den with a Smart TV, a formal dining room ideal for entertaining, an eat-in kitchen, a charming sunroom, and a convenient half bath.
