Set on iconic Ocean Ave just steps from the sand and the peaceful edge of Fisherman’s Cove, this is the kind of place where you arrive, take one deep breath of salty air, and instantly start to unwind.

The main level opens into a bright, open-concept kitchen and living space designed for effortless beach living. Sunlight pours through the windows all day, highlighting the home’s refreshed, high-end touches and clean coastal style. The kitchen feels especially special here — thoughtfully updated with modern finishes and a sleek, airy vibe that makes everything from pancake mornings to lobster-night dinners feel like part of the vacation experience.

Just off the living room, step outside to your back porch and yard, perfect for sunny afternoons and easy family dinners on the grill. Gather around the outdoor table after a long beach day, or linger outside with a glass of something good while the kids play in the yard. When you’re ready to come in, the indoor dining area offers a comfortable, family-sized table for shared meals, game rounds, or a relaxed night in.

Poseidon’s Perch is beautifully set up for groups and multi-generational stays. The first-floor bedroom sits conveniently off the kitchen and offers one queen bed plus two twins that can be converted into a king, making it flexible for families or couples traveling together. The full bathroom on this level has been upgraded with a fresh, elevated finish, giving you a spa-like spot to rinse off after the beach or wind down at the end of the day.

Upstairs, the second floor continues the calm, coastal flow — with charming seaside details and a cozy little collection of books that invite you to slow your pace. The living space on this level is your go-to hangout for rainy afternoons or competitive game nights, stocked with classic board games and puzzles so the fun keeps going even when you’re off the sand. Nearby, the second full bathroom has also been modernized with higher-end touches and clean, refined finishes that feel bright and beachy.

The primary bedroom on the second floor is a true retreat. You’ll find a queen bed, TV, and a coffee bar ready for early risers and slow mornings alike. Slide open the door to your private balcony overlooking Moody Beach and soak in the view — sunrise coffee, sunset chats, and that soft ocean breeze that makes you want to stay out there just a little longer. For anyone blending work and vacation, there’s a dedicated desk here too, because sometimes a quick email is easier with a beach view.

On the third and final floor, you’ll discover the loft-style bunk room with ocean views and a playful little hangout zone that kids love. With two full-under-twin bunk beds and a cozy space for chess matches, reading, or late-night giggles, it’s the perfect “everyone piles in here” room after a day in the sun.

Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway, and you’re just a two-minute walk to Public Way #2 or #3 — meaning beach trips are quick, easy, and wonderfully spontaneous. No loading the car, no long walks… just grab your towels and go.
