Inside, you’ll be greeted by a sun-filled open-concept main level where the kitchen, dining, and living space flow together effortlessly. Big windows pull in that warm ocean light all day long, giving the home an airy, easy vibe that instantly says you’re at the beach now.

Step out from the living room to the back porch and yard — your spot for morning coffee, afternoon sun, and family cookouts on the grill. There’s an outdoor dining table ready for lobster rolls, sunset dinners, and long, salty evenings spent together. Want a break from the sunshine? There’s parking for up to two cars in the driveway, and you’re only a two-minute walk to Public Way #2 or #3, which means beach days are as spontaneous as they should be — no packing up the car, no long treks, just grab your towels and go.
