What should I bring?
We provide a starter supply of essentials, but you may want to bring:
Beach towels & chairs (some properties include these—please inquire)
Food & condiments
Additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags)
Laundry detergent (if your property has a washer/dryer)
Plastic wrap & foil



Do you accept shorter stays during Peak Season?
Yes! Select properties do offer shorter stays. Contact us to find out which ones are available for your dates.

Should I get Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended to protect your trip from unexpected events. We suggest PlayTravel for reliable coverage and peace of mind.

What time is Check-In?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-ins are not available during peak season to allow for proper cleaning and inspection.
Here’s how it works:

9:00 AM on arrival day: You’ll receive your property’s digital Folio Guidebook via email.


3:00 PM: You’ll receive your final check-in email with lockbox or keyless entry details.



What time is Check-Out?
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning crews arrive promptly, so please ensure the home and parking areas are clear by this time.

Can I have an Early Check-In?
During peak season, early check-ins are not permitted to ensure our team has enough time to properly prepare your property. Please do not arrive or park at the home before 4:00 PM.
During the shoulder season, we’re happy to try to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible. Just reach out in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.



How do I Book?
Booking is simple through our website:

Select your week and number of guests or bedrooms.


Browse available properties with photos, descriptions, rates, amenities, and maps.


Submit an inquiry — once accepted, a 50% deposit secures your stay.


Final payment is due 45 days before arrival.




When do you open bookings for the next calendar year?
We begin updating calendars in October. Reservations and deposits for the next year are accepted starting January 10th, giving owners time to finalize schedules and rates.

What are my responsibilities as a guest?
The primary guest signing the Rental Agreement is responsible for:

Payment of all fees and taxes

Any damages

Following all house rules

Guests must be 28 years or older to rent


Please review your Rental Agreement carefully before arrival.



Is online booking secure?
Yes! We use a secure server for all transactions, and you’ll receive immediate email confirmation once payment is processed.

Can I bring my pet?
Some properties are pet friendly. Please email us a photo and description of your pet for owner approval before booking. There will be an additional pet fee added.

Will I be able to reach you during my stay?
Absolutely! We’re always just a call, text, or email away for any questions, feedback, or concerns.

Additional Information

All Salt & Shine rentals include bed sheets and bath towels.
