Designed with gathering and relaxation in mind, this spacious seaside home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers multiple living spaces, beautiful natural light, and incredible ocean views throughout nearly every room.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large dining area for up to 14 guests, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ever-changing beauty of the Atlantic. Glass doors lead out to the expansive ocean-facing deck — the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or a glass of wine as the waves roll in. A cozy gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler coastal evenings.

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a spacious secondary living area — ideal for movie nights, kids’ hangouts, or extra space to unwind after a day at the beach. This level also includes a large bedroom featuring two twin beds and a queen bed, making it a great setup for families or groups traveling together. A convenient half bath, garage access, and direct entry from the driveway are also located on this floor.

The heart of the home is found on the main living level, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together for easy entertaining and connection. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for six.

Also on this level is a beautifully appointed queen bedroom with a charming Juliet balcony overlooking the ocean, along with a full bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.
