Enjoy sitting on the front patio for an early morning sunrise or relax on the large back deck for sunbathing, privacy while cooking a burger on the gas grill.  The spectacular views from this house of the ocean will keep you mesmerized from every room. Take a minute to learn all about the history of Boon Island while it is in your sightline and feel as though you can reach out and touch the Nubble Lighthouse through the picture windows in the living room!

This home includes five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, laundry room, three full living rooms and plenty of space for the entire family!
 
On the main level, you are greeted by the grand entryway leading to the open concept living areas, large chef’s kitchen, and dining room. Picture yourself being pampered with a prepared Lobster Bake by one of our *private chefs while relaxing watching the waves!
 
To the right of the entry, you will find the Primary suite King bedroom, large en-suite bathroom with glass shower and glorious ocean views.
