This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is a perfect celebration of all things Maine. Nestled between Long Sands Beach and Short Sands Beach, you'll have the luxury of choosing where to spend your summer days. Plus, with the Nubble Lighthouse just a walk away, and local favorites like Fox's for lunch and Dunne's Ice Cream for dessert nearby, you'll have plenty of reasons to explore the area.

Upon entry, you're greeted by a lovely seating area with distant views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Nubble Light. Continue into the open-concept kitchen and dining area, where you'll find ample space for preparing a traditional Maine Lobster Bake or a delightful BBQ for the entire family.

Gin On The Rocks boasts three distinct living areas, offering plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and generous closet space. The second bedroom is perfect for children, with twin beds and a trundle, overlooking a small pond in the front yard. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed, pond views, and ample closet space for your summer attire.

The basement hosts a fun addition—a pool table for entertaining when a beach day isn't on the agenda. Outside, the spacious yard is perfect for hosting a catered Lobster Bake by the Southern Maine Lobster Company (contact us for details) or for enjoying a lively game of cornhole.

The wrap-around deck provides another great space to soak in the day and enjoy all that this home has to offer.

Sleeping 6 guests in beds, with space for up to 8 guests with an air mattress or "Bag Chair" (available upon request), this home offers parking for 4 cars and includes amenities like a washer and dryer in the basement.
