Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by the clean lines, beachy vibe and all-around vacation feel. With its open concept living, kitchen and dining area, your family and guests will be completely relaxed. In the cooler seasons, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty!
The backyard project was just completed, increasing the indoor/outdoor living space. You and your guests will be pleased to see the flowering perennial gardens and seating areas in the front and back of the house. There is a stone fire pit, bluestone patio, a fire table and an outdoor grill. An outdoor area that's made for coffee or cocktails in the front yard and move to dinner and smores in the backyard. Bring on Vacation in the Kennebunks!
Off of the living area, you will find the first floor Master King Suite with en-suite master bathroom with walk in shower. This is a large bedroom, fantastic for anyone who would like to avoid stairs.
On this level, you will also find the half bathroom with washer & dryer for your laundry needs.
Head upstairs to the second level to find an additional shared full bathroom with tub, a large two double bedroom, a King bedroom overlooking the greenery of the backyard. This floor also offers a large bonus room! Plenty of space for the family for games and relaxing! Here also you will find the high-end queen sleeper sofa that is available upon request.
The outside living area is where you will find yourself spending a majority of your time. Whether it be in the backyard relaxing next to the fire pit, grilling a fantastic BBQ for the family, or enjoying coffee or a night cap in the front yard surrounded by the outdoors!
The heart of Dock Square is just a short 4-minute drive from the house or why drive when you can walk the 1 mile to the square? 2 miles from the home is Gooch's Beach where you can use the parking pass provided for your day at the beach! The parking pass can be used at all Kennebunk beaches.
Spend your day enjoying all that Kennebunk and Kennebunkport has to offer and return home to the serenity that is Leah Lane!
