Welcome to The Bodensee, a hidden gem tucked away on a private, dead-end lane, overlooking the tranquil marsh of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. This fabulous coastal home is eagerly awaiting your arrival for a memorable Maine getaway!

Step inside this spacious two-bedroom, three-bathroom home, just a short stroll—300 steps or 0.03 miles—to Public Access Way #1 of Moody Beach, where you can spend your days soaking up the summer sun or frolicking in the waves of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Upon entering, you're greeted by the sunroom, offering ample space to savor your morning cup of coffee with views of the marsh in the distance, or to unwind in the evening gazing at the stars. The sunroom leads to your beach storage area, complete with beach chairs and a wagon for easy transportation of all your beach essentials. This area also houses the washer and dryer, along with a convenient three-quarter bathroom with a walk-in shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Continue into the dining room area, featuring a table large enough for the whole family, an open-concept kitchen, and a living area with a kitchen island and family space for relaxing evenings.

On this main level, you'll find a full bathroom and a twin bedroom with two twins for the kids (or request in advance to have them converted into a King for a second King bedroom).

Head upstairs to discover the King Primary Bedroom with lovely marsh views and an en-suite full bathroom!

Outside, your living space includes a firepit and plenty of room for yard games, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and outdoor fun.
