Just under a mile to Long Sands Beach, you have the best of both worlds in this private, newly upgraded cottage with a fabulous yard for yard games and ample space for spending your vacation doing what is best – making memories with family!
Upon opening the doors to Mia’s Place, you will feel right at home! With its two bedrooms, open concept dining and kitchen area, private living room and sunroom it is a cozy space for the entire family. Towards the back of the house, you will find yourself soaking up the morning and afternoon sun in the sunroom enjoying your morning cup of coffee or night cap after the day at the beach!
Off the back of the home, you have a large private deck for all of your BBQ or a Maine Lobster Bake for the whole family. There are two outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand from the beach!
The nice summer breeze flows through the house all throughout the summer season, but do not worry – there are window AC units in the bedrooms to cool down on those summer nights.
With the spacious kitchen, family room, sunroom and all of the outdoor space you need, all you need to worry about is brining your swimsuit to enjoy all that Mia’s Place has to offer!
