We saw it over and over again — beautiful homes in incredible locations, but the guest experience didn’t match. Communication felt transactional, details were overlooked, and the magic of what a Maine beach stay should feel like just… wasn’t there.
And we kept thinking, it could be so much better than this.
What We Felt Was Missing

Over time, we’ve become locally loved not just because of what we offer, but because of how we show up.
