This cottage is located in the desirable Nubble Lighthouse neighborhood.  Just about a 12 minute walk to Long Sands Beach or 15 minutes to the family friendly Short Sands Beach where you will find restaurants, shops, Bowl a Rama, Arcade fun and York’s Wild Animal Kingdom.


You are also just a quick walk to Nubble Lighthouse and the famous Fox’s Lobster House, open since 1966!  Just a quick walk around the corner from the Fox’s, is Dunne’s Ice cream- just perfect for those summer nights!


The Little Guy is cute as a button with 2 roomy bedrooms and 1 spacious full bathroom.  Bedroom 1 has a King bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twins which can be converted into a King upon request.


The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a pre-beach breakfast to a Classic New England Lobster Bake for dinner!  Sit outside in the front yard to do a little evening star gazing with a glass of wine or a frosty chilled brewski!
