Nestled at the end of a tranquil dead-end street, this family home boasts breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room. Step into the backyard oasis, perfect for yard games or simply unwinding by the fire pit while the ocean waves provide a soothing soundtrack.

Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the sight of the Atlantic Ocean through the sliding glass door in the cozy living room. The first bedroom, to the left of the living room, features a queen bed along with a twin bed + trundle, offering direct access to the backyard and stunning ocean views. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, window AC unit, and ceiling fan for added comfort.

The large kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for a traditional Maine Lobster Bake or a BBQ, ideal for culinary delights. Step down into the second, larger living room with floor-to-ceiling doors that frame the mesmerizing ocean views, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Off the kitchen, you'll find a half bath, washer and dryer, and a third main floor bedroom with a queen bed and queen bunk bed.

Venture up to the second floor to discover four additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. These include a queen bedroom with a twin bunk bed, an ocean-facing queen bedroom with a twin bed bunk and access to the deck, a full bedroom with deck access, and the King primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and deck access for ultimate outdoor living!
