Step inside to an inviting open-concept layout, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living space with a wood-burning fireplace as the centerpiece. The kitchen is equipped for all your culinary adventures, whether it's a lobster bake or a family BBQ. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in the beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake.

On the main floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with sliding glass doors to the sunroom, offering stunning lake views. There's also a bunk room for the kids and a three-quarter bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

Head downstairs to discover a fabulous entertainment area with a wet bar and a large wine refrigerator. Step out onto the spacious deck with new outdoor furniture (for the 2021 spring/summer season) and soak in the mesmerizing lake views.

The lower level features another queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a full bathroom with a large bathtub for pure relaxation. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

Outside, indulge in ultimate lake living! The front yard boasts a large firepit and plenty of space for yard games, while the side yard features a horseshoe pit. Follow the clear, wide path down the slight hill to the lake and dock, where you'll find two kayaks, a rowboat, a large dock for sunbathing, and a swimming dock for lounging.

For outdoor enthusiasts, explore the Massabesic Experimental Forest nearby. If you're up for a scenic drive, venture into the New Hampshire mountain region or visit the quaint town of Alfred for a delightful meal at Oak Street Bistro. Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and Parsons Beach are also within a 20-minute drive.
