As soon as you step into this oceanfront retreat, you will feel right at home with a place to gather family and friends. Framed by windows that offer water views from every room and open concept that keeps your family together and engaged. This coastal farmhouse built in 2019 features a living room with cathedral ceiling and rustic shiplap, reclaimed hewn ceiling beams, and fireplace with chiseled pink granite slab hearths. The dining room offers front row, ocean view seating and spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen also offers spectacular views and highlighted by vintage pendant lights over kitchen island breakfast bar. A coffee nook overlooking the tidal basin rounds out this dream kitchen and family room.

The beautiful sunroom off the kitchen, is another perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of your new favorite Maine wine or brew in the evening. This quiet getaway on the main level provides peace and tranquility from the busyness of vacation. Curl up on the sofa chaise in front of another beautiful gas fireplace with your favorite book. This space does not disappoint by bringing nature inside for you to enjoy, by surrounding you with tree bark walls and glass floor to ceiling windows, displaying the beautiful water views!

With glass doors leading to the backyard beach, you will not want vacation to end. Enjoy a laid-back night throwing some burgers and hotdogs on the grill, with dinner at the patio table. Finish the day with your toes in the sand or relax on the chaise lounges while you take in the local wildlife and water views. A great place to watch the incredible sunset!

The rest of the main level includes a half bath, and a downstairs ocean view queen master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with farmhouse doors and plenty of space to relax. Nestled in the far corner of the house, you have all the privacy you need.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and laundry area. There is a charming Queen room with Rachel Carson National Wildlife Reserve views. The kids joining you? There is a nautical-themed room with barn door and custom twin bed with rolling trundle and ocean views! Last, but certainly not least, is the King primary suite! Close the doors to your incredible suite which includes an elegant king bed, a large ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower, skylights, and double sinks, ALL with ocean views!
