Away from the town of York Harbor, but close enough to grab some brunch at Rick's or an oyster luncheon at The Stage Neck Inn, you have the best of both worlds with the large backyard and the beach around the corner! 

Traveling through historic York Village on York Street brings you past the local shops and family boutiques. A mildly winding road through town brings you past Foster’s Clambake, a local favorite for a lobster bake! Just down Axeholm Road nestled in the midst of York Harbor is the charming Cape House, a 2 bed 2 bath condo with a large shared yard.

The location is perfect for seeing all that York has to offer, with a nice walk to Harbor Beach, bike ride to Long Sands Beach, or just a tad further to Short Sands Beach where the kiddos can play in the arcade or watch the taffy being made at Goldenrod!

With so much do to, like hit the local shops for souvenirs or unique antiques, dine at one of the many excellent restaurants in town, or just gazing at the sea with your favorite beverage in-hand, you will always feel a sense of serenity while at the same time having the opportunity to take part in countless activities!
