Love On The Rocks is located in the neighborhood leading to The Nubble Lighthouse.  The homes on this street that are on the ocean side have unobstructed views of the Atlantic.  Breathtaking is almost an understatement!

From the back yard you have panoramic views of not only the ocean but Long Sands Beach which is only a 5-minute walk from Love On The Rocks.  Short Sands Beach which has numerous boutique shops and restaurants is a 10-minute walk and York Village and York Harbor is a short and scenic bike ride away.

The recently updated home was built to accommodate several couples or a few families with 4 bedrooms each having their own ensuite bathroom. 

The main floor offers a wonderful full bedroom suite and has been named "The Lighthouse Room," which light and airy colors, a newly installed split system and a three-quarter ensuite.

Off of the kitchen, there is "The Den" with a full sleeper sofa and full bath. Up the stairs of The Den you enter into "The Cove" bedroom with queen bed, split AC system, and gorgeous views of the water. Keeping the windows open at night while listening to the waves crash and enjoying the sea breeze will give you the ultimate feel of vacation!

Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms- The Master Suite and The Caribbean Room. The Caribbean Room is bright and cheerful with a Queen bed and full ensuite bath, unobstructed ocean views, you feel as though you are right on the sea. The Master Suite brings the true feel of relaxation. It's King bed, large Smart TV, sitting area and ensuite, you may never want to leave!

The layout and design of the home takes full advantage of the space while extending the indoor and outdoor living space in full exposure to the ocean.  The outdoor living space offers seating around the gas fueled fire pit on the deck and green and beautifully landscaped yard with seating for outdoor relaxing or yard games all while overlooking the sea.

The home is casual and relaxed with all the comforts of home.  With a gas fireplace in the main living room for chilly early spring nights or if you are spending a long weekend in December to watch the Nubble Lighthouse Holiday lighting.  The den and second story 4th bedroom, The Cove, is set up to be either a private 2-story suite or an extra space for the kids to game while the adults relax in the main living areas, all with stunning ocean views.  

The two large sliding glass doors in the main living area leading to the ocean facing deck let the outside in with bright natural light.  The views continue on in the right wing of the house in the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs including the all-important lobster pot!  Quality linens and towels are provided during your stay and full concierge services offered through Salt & Shine Vacation Rentals to all of our guests.
