Located in the Holiday House Cottages, you will feel pure relaxation when stepping foot into your charming getaway. Recently updated with new floors, fresh paint and a whole new décor, this one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is ready with open arms to start help create lasting memories with families and friends exploring and enjoying Moody & Ogunquit, Maine!


Sleeping up to four guests with its queen bedroom and very comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room, jump on the Wells Trolley and explore the coastal neighboring towns.  

Ogunquit Trolley is back in action July 1st 9AM-9PM! The Wells beach Trolley is running now 9AM-4PM.

Both Trolleys turn around at The Magestic, property just north of Holiday House!


Enjoy the in-ground pool with a cocktail (please, no glass – plastic and paper are our friends!) and catch some rays in one of the many lounge chairs on the days the beach, which is less than a mile away, is not in your sights!


With a new gas grill as well as the fully stocked kitchen, you will have all that you need and more for a traditional Lobster Bake or an epic BBQ evening. With three different eating areas on the front deck, you can really take advantage of the indoor-outdoor living!
