Welcome to Basin to Beach! This oceanfront home located on desirable Ocean Ave Extension offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and Short Sands Beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and sunrises from the 2 Main house decks. The Carriage House behind the Main House has a large deck overlooking the ocean. Park your car and walk to everything! Shorts Sands beach is steps away. Take a short stroll to downtown York to visit all that area has to offer from restaurants, shopping and arcades. You will never want to leave and to want to return year after year!

There are three separate living areas in this glorious home. In the adorable Carriage House, you will find gorgeous wood beams, a large deck with amazing views of the ocean, a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Head upstairs to the two sleeping areas with double beds - a perfect spot for teens or small family.

When entering the Main House, you will be wowed by the breathtaking ocean views from the open concept kitchen and living area. In no time you will find yourself sitting on the covered deck in vacation bliss watching beachgoers enjoy the water, families exploring the sand and rocks, collecting sea creatures while watching and listening to waves crash!

On this main floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Through the full laundry room, you access the second floor with another kitchen/living area with a brand new wine fridge, a large open beach/oceanfront deck - A Wine Lover's Seaside Dream -, full bathroom and two full bedrooms. Through the living area, you will find the third staircase that takes you up to the third floor and yet another living room- talk about ample space for the entire family!

On the third floor, you will find a double twin bedroom with ocean views, a second twin sleeping space with two twin beds that lead you to the final living space with two additional twin beds!

Head down the back stairwell (that you can also access from the back entryway) to find the final Queen bedroom located on the second floor that is private and has the feel of a primary bedroom.

Enjoy the views, salty ocean air and fireworks, on July 4th, from the decks, relax on the beach or stroll to Fun-O-Rama to play Skee-ball, then peer through the window at Goldenrod to watch their famous taffy being made. This location has something for everybody. Making Basin to Beach the perfect place to create lasting family vacation memories.
