Walk in and immediately notice the open concept home. Be greeted by bright welcoming beach signs, an open kitchen, living room and all-natural lighting from the beautiful windows!

Sit in the living room and be able to smell the lobster bake from the kitchen! Enjoy a family meal either using the dinner table, or the outside deck furniture!

Coming back with sandy toes and salty hair? Use the backdoor to the walkway to go straight to the full bath on the first floor! Then throw those bathing suits in the first-floor laundry room. Snuggle up into a big king bed after a long beach day in the first-floor bedroom. Hear the family playing games on the deck? Use the door in the bedroom to just roll out of bed and join them!

Walk up the first flight of stairs to 3 separate bedrooms! Sit outside and soak in the marsh view on the primary bedroom balcony! Equipped with a double sink full bath. Go out to the right and find another full bath for the other two bedrooms. One bedroom with two twin beds for the kids, and the other with a queen!

Up the second flight of stairs sit or play some board games on the couch. Still be able to talk to the family by looking over the railing:)

On the final floor is the suite with two queen beds and a double sink full bath! Also be able to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while catching the rays!
