Welcome to La Bohème - a gorgeous Captain's House full of amenities and ocean views from every room, a luxurious space you will not want to leave!

Feel the call of the ocean from the moment you pull up to this home. Step out of your car and breathe the ocean air - c'est la vie.

Open the doors to La Bohème to a well cared for, well decorated, no detail left behind home and begin experiencing all things Maine.
The first floor greets you with an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a private chef Lobster Bake or a family BBQ with ocean views.

Do as the owner does - with your favorite family members and friends, set up your dining experience outside on the dock, pour yourself a delicious glass of Provence Rosé and enjoy your delicious fresh Lobster from just next door!

The living room has windows for every angle for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the changing tide and the boats coming in and out of the Kittery Point Yacht Marina. You'll be sure to see some sea wildlife taking advantage of sun bathing on the dock or having an afternoon snack!

Head downstairs to keep the vacation vibes afloat -

Here you will find the television room with glass doors leading out to the glorious backyard!

You can cozy up with your favorite book or watch your favorite Summertime movie after a perfect day of enjoying the outdoors.

Head outside and continue the feeling of pure serenity - Have your cup of coffee sitting on the dock watching the sunrise above the waterline, end your evening with your favorite beverage and listen to the sounds of the cove - la façon dont la vie devrait être.

Inside and on the second level, you will find the three bedrooms - the first bedroom at the top of the stairs is the glorious ocean facing queen primary bedroom. Fall asleep to the waves and wake up to the gorgeous views! If work needs to be done while on vacation, you will find a perfectly situated desk overlooking the water. The primary bedroom is also equipped with a mini-split and full ensuite bathroom.
On the landing, you will find the shared guest bathroom with walk-in glass shower.

Here, you will also be greeted by the two other queen bedrooms - rose et bleu - plenty of room for the entire crew!

From this location, you can experience all things Maine! Enjoy lunch at The Bistro or On The Shells at Pepperell Cove, a gorgeous walk at Fort McLary State Park, or head Cresent, Seaport, or Fort Foster Beaches! Jump on Route 1 and head to the Kittery Outlets for a day of shopping, or cross the bridge to spend a day exploring the historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire!

And let's not forget, you can take the scenic route into York, Maine or by following Route 1 to experience Maine's Coastal Towns!
